I have had an anxiety problem for a long time and I almost lost hope until I found out the benefits of hypnosis from a friend. At first I think this type of therapy might be bad for my mental health but I realized Hypnosis relaxation is just what the doctor ordered! The best part of this is that you don’t even have to have an expensive trained professional beside you to do this procedure. You can do it yourself. And belive me: Most hypnosis stories are true !

I was able to do just that. I downloaded some free videos and music which supposedly brings you into a hypnotic trance if you listen to it under certain conditions. After just a couple of sessions, I already felt the effects of hypnosis. I felt more relaxed and I had attacks less often. I told my friends about the benefits of hypnosis. Some of them believed me while some of them remain forever skeptics. I hope I can bring more people to believe it soon because I would be very interested to join a group hypnosis session since I read that it is more interested to conduct it that way.

So far, my sister, Diane, tried hypnosis therapy but it did not seem to work for her but she said that maybe it was because she was not at all relaxed. I’ll just convince her to try hypnosis relaxation again next time. An expert told me that female hypnosis or hypnosis on a woman was more effective. Well, I also heard that IQ and open-mindedness is a factor so maybe it’s because women are more open minded (and smarter) than men. (hahaha)
