Hypnosis induction: learn to hypnotize another person

Today I will show you how you can learn to hypnotize another person. I will teach you a hypnotic induction which allows you to hypnotize anyone by counting down from one hundred to zero. First at all you have to choose a person you want to fall in hypnosis. This person should trust you and shouldn’t know that you don’t have much experience in hypnotizing other people. If you have found a person that wants to be hypnotized you can start with the hypnosis.
First of all this person has to know that he or she will be hypnotized. Tell him or her that he or she will be hypnotized soon and that hypnosis is a natural state of mind everyone experiences several times a day.
When you are ready to hypnotize you can start giving the following suggestions :
“I will start with the induction now. Relax your whole body and listen to my voice. I’ll count down from 100 to zero and with each even count you can close your eyes. With each uneven count you will open your eyes again.
With each count you can feel that the hypnosis is getting deeper and deeper. With each count you can feel how your whole body relaxes more and more.”
Now you can start counting down from 100 to zero. After every even count you can suggest the person to fall deeper and deeper.
When you reach zero this person will be in hypnosis. To deepen this hypnosis you can start giving the following suggestions:
“The deeper you go the better you feel. The better you feel the deeper you go. You are feeling better and better and you are sinking deeper and deeper.”
In my opinion this is one of the easiest ways to hypnotize anyone. This induction can be used with great success by beginners and advanced learners.
